DIVING

Hanson Maritime's roots are in commercial diving. We are the only firm dedicated to serving Admiralty, Baranof, Chichagof and Kuiu Islands, and we can operate anywhere in Alaska safely and efficiently. We were the first in our area to voluntarily adopt the A.D.C.I. consensus standards for commercial diving, and we are fully compliant with Coast Guard and O.S.H.A. Regulations.

Our tug Salvation is a fully equipped salvage/dive vessel carrying state of the art surface supplied diving gear operated from a dedicated dive control room. High and low pressure air, video equipment, lift bags, A-Frame, pumps and hydraulic tools complement the Salvation.

Hanson Maritime has a long history of inspection, installation, and repair of government assets, subcontracting to engineering firms and project design/execution for private entities.
